INTRODUCTION

Castleview Contracting Inc. (CVCI) is a New York City licensed and bonded General Contractor. The firm has

successfully completed projects in the New York tri-state metropolitan region. This past spring the firm established it’s

headquarters on Manhattan’s growing Lower East Side.

The firm was founded to allow the principals of the firm to practice and deliver the kind of craftsmanship and quality

work on construction projects learned through practice in the formative years of their careers. The principals of

Castleview demand from their staff and field crews the superior effort needed to deliver the highest quality work.

Their expertise in the carpentry trades, the core craft in construction, allows them to manage the larger issues of a

project while focusing on the detail, which truly defines a building structure as an owner’s treasure.

The childhood home of founder Dan Minogue was called Castleview, named because of its view of the Irish Bunratty

Castle, which lies at the bottom (bun) of the Ratty River. Castles were the homes of Lords: solid in structure, built as

forts with interiors that reflected the wealth and grandeur of their owners. Castleview Contracting holds itself to the
